HOW TO: Spray your spoolie brush with a facial mist or water to dampen the bristles. (I recommend using your setting spray for a long lasting wear) Rub the bristles of your brush against the bar of soap to create the gel-like residue. Comb the soapy spoolie through the hairs and shape your brows how you want them to set.
